HNIC is the continued effort of William Fenerson to give back to his people.

HNIC is committed to their effort of Awareness, encouraging, and enlightening African Americans in order to uplift them from their present mental prison and find their proper place in their families and society.

HNIC brings relevant issues from the Black perspective to the forefront, thus making them aware of where they are from and where they are at.

HNIC encourages by helping the Brothers and Sisters in the cause to erase the apathy and see that there is a part they must play to uplift themselves. HNIC conveys the message that while we may not be responsible for where we are at, we are 100% responsible for where we can go.

HNIC enlightens not by promoting laziness, but by showing that we have work to do and we can no longer afford to let The Man or The Government raise our children, support our women and house our men.
